Stand up, get up, this is no time for lying down

Brush it off and get up off the ground

Find your inner reserve, or whatever you need to proceed

Drive, you know what that is don’t you?

You gonna be a victim all of your life?

Use what you’ve got; you have a better lot than multitudes of your brethren

Apply what you know; go to where you have to go

Face your fears and do it anyway

Race just for the fun of it, and rejoice at the finish line

You are victorious simply for crossing at your own time

Break, transition, and segue way to something better

Climb a hill and visualize a mountain

Unsheathe your potential’s sword

For it will shield you from the doubtful thorns

Today’s disappointments are tomorrow’s insights

Fight, but not against providence

Then you will not succumb to the allure of outcomes

Participate, for showing up is half the battle

Smile, it’s a charity

Say hello and watch compassion grow

Stand up, seriously

Go for a swim and relish the fact that you can

Don’t worry what the world thinks about you

Because if you’re worried, it’s worried too

Or too busy getting on with it

Go to work, whether paid or not

There’s always someone that could use a hand

Drive and don’t worry about finding a place to park

Be like Noah and build that ark

If the flood comes you’ll be a star
